Easy access to trade ideas

Through its Repository & Distribution Centre (RDC), TIL enables the buy-side to receive trade ideas from their brokers via one easily accessed solution. It is equally applicable to long funds, hedge funds and prop desks, etc.

Access to the RDC may be achieved via distributors (e.g. market data vendors or software houses) appointed by TIL or through in-house trade idea management or publication systems connected directly via the RDC API.

Client permissioning
Buy-side firms agree with their brokers from whom and to whom trade ideas should be sent and other factors such as the type, frequency and volume of trade ideas. These form the basis of the permissioning rules for the RDC which ensure that trade ideas are routed on the right basis and only to the correct recipients.

Tariff
The tariff for buy-side firms to connect directly to the RDC via the API is small and details can be obtained by contacting TIL. Buy-side firms connecting via a distributor will be subject to their supplier's tariffs instead.
