Ownership
The RDC is owned by Trade Ideas Limited, which in turn is owned equally by Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Dresdner Kleinwort and Merrill Lynch.

Platform
The system was designed with active input from major industry firms.  TIL commissioned the software house, youDevise Limited, to develop the RDC software following a competitive selection process that involved ten candidates. The software is based upon open source components wherever possible.

Operations
TIL has ultimate responsibility for the RDC operation, which it out sources for day-to-day operation to youDevise Limited.

Participants’ forum
As the RDC develops TIL will create a Participants’ Forum to allow feedback from participants of the system, to deal with issues and to help determine priorities for future development.
